They were extremely responsive, were very communicative about arrivals, less expensive then other companies we researched and got the replacement door we needed in 1 week when told by other companies it would take 6-8 weeks.
Glassic did an excellent job on replacing 3 of my cloudy windows and it was a great value. They were also was very respectful of "social distancing" and wore a mask.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of the pricing depends on the job they’re going to have.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I go to the customer’s place and provide them the free estimate. I catch up with them couple days after sending the estimate and explain again about the estimate and ask about their opinion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had a same business in Florida and my country, so I am very familiar with Windows, doors, glass, mirror installations.
