He found the root cause of our issue with a leaking toilet seal, which others had tried to repair before. The fix involved a new bathroom floor. He worked hard and expertly and our floor is fabulous. Also the toilet no longer leaks.

We hired Innovate Architecture LLC to update our bathroom with a new bidet, some new electrical components, etc. Radu from Innovate Architecture suggested we replace our old fan timer at the same time. He suggested some choices of components we could buy. In this process, he was very responsive to our needs and concerns. He came promptly on the day he'd promised, checked and cleaned the exhaust fan, installed the new bidet and timer, and was very efficient about the whole process. What I really appreciate was that he cleaned up so well after the job. I would be happy to hire him any day for any work around the house, and we are creating a list of bigger items to be taken care of!
