Our pricing is transparent and based on each project’s scope, materials, and design requirements. We provide detailed estimates, discuss costs upfront, and do not add hidden fees. Our minimum project size is $10,000.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a consultation to understand your goals, budget, and vision. From there, we develop the project scope, provide a detailed estimate, finalize design selections, and create a clear construction schedule before work begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive hands-on experience in residential construction and remodeling, along with ongoing training in industry standards, building practices, project management, and lead-safe renovation procedures.
