I offer packages of 5 and 10 classes, as well as special offers for referrals.

200-hour yoga training from Yandara Yoga Institute 50-hour training on hands on adjustments from Laughing Lotus NYC 20-hour training on yin yoga from Be Shakti Reiki Level 1 and Level 2 B.S. in Hospitality from Cornell
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began taking yoga classes with my mom at an early age of 15 years old, which at the time highly complemented my competitive dance background. At the start, I only started for the physical benefits (getting strong and flexible). As I continued into college, yoga became my stress outlet and a way for me to feel more comfortable in my body. I became in love with the emotional and philosophical piece of this practice. Three years ago, I became an official certified teacher and have loved every moment of sharing the gift of yoga, and helping people feel more comfortable in their bodies!
