I clearly requested a DJ for my wedding (thumbtack has the option of saying reception and asking if I am the bride or groom, to which I marked yes next to.) After agreeing on a price I asked if I could add two hours to my quote and this company tried to tell me I lied about it being my wedding and that I said it was a party, so I screen shot the evidence back in email that I requested service for a wedding. They want to charge me almost double the original price from going from a 7 hour event to a 9 hour event. What? Unethical, sneaky, and extremely unprofessional. We like to get a feel for what kind of things there looking for. What kind of lighting they want if any. What their expectations for us are, things like that.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Yes we do, we are always learning whats new and we pride ourselves in making sure we keep our equipment current as well.
