I hired my Mike to reroof my house. He did a sloppy job and is unwilling to fix it. There are places without shingles and messy looking flashing. He used the wrong nails on my roof over the porch and they went straight through. He cut them down and now I have hundreds of rusted nails. He painted over them but dropped paint on all over my porch and down my siding. I have a 1yr old window that was scratched dozens of times by falling shingles. I also have 3 new leaks. This project was started in November and still isn't done 3 months later. I've asked him to come out and fix it several times. The job is sloppy and my roof isn't up to code. He is unwilling to fix the problems even though he guarantees his work.

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I had been doing construction since my teenage years. Building with my hands and seeing the finished product come to life is one of the most satisfying feelings one could have. After years and years of moving from company to company due to the economic instability and failed companies, I finally decided I would take life into my own hands. I would no longer allow someone else the opportunity to allow me to provide for my family. I would succeed or fail on my own terms, not someone else's. I try to keep this in mind with my employees, that I am responsible for their well being and financial security. This business is for them and my family.
