I am so glad we worked with Aleksey for the installation of LVP in our rec room. We had a particularly challenging space that required significant leveling. I appreciated how Aleksey made us aware of the issue from the beginning and, after the carpet was removed and the problem was even worse than expected, he gave me a couple of options, factoring in cost and the final product. His team worked pretty much constantly from start to finish and what I thought would be a time consuming project ended up only being 5 days (and we were comfortable having Aleksey and his team in our home this whole time). Aleksey was super responsive, excellent at troubleshooting issues and overall a pleasure to work with!

Are you spending hours researching to find a flooring installer that delivers both top-quality work and a fair price? We did the exact same thing, and we couldnt be happier that we chose Pacific Hills LLC.We purchased our own laminate planks from Costco and had them handle the installation, and the results speak for themselves. The craftsmanship is excellent, everything is clean, precise, and professionally done. What really stood out was their communication. They kept us informed throughout the entire process, which made everything smooth and stress-free. We also got multiple bids, and their pricing was very reasonable for the level of quality they deliver. We didnt include baseboards this time, but were already planning to bring them back to finish that. We originally chose them based on their reviews and photos, and they absolutely lived up to the hype.If youre on the fence this is your sign. Go with them.

Brian, thank you for such a detailed review—we really appreciate it. We know how much time people spend researching before choosing the right flooring company, so it means a lot that you trusted us with your project and that we delivered on both quality and value. Our team take pride in keeping every install clean, precise, and well-communicated from start to finish, so we’re glad that stood out. The laminate turned out great. Looking forward to helping you with the baseboards when you’re ready—and if anyone you know is considering new flooring, we’d be happy to take care of them as well.
