- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Interview to understand the scenario whether it is an individual or small business. Then I will discuss information that will be needed to get started. If a long term engagement then additional discussions around information to be provided on whatever schedule is needed. I make sure my clients understand what and why I ask for certain things and help them understand the process that occur.
