- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We basically charge a service fee of a 100$ . This will allow us to troubleshoot the problem. This is also added to the work if you decide to go with us to compete and or repair said issues.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat everyone as a potential costumer. Our Tech's r courteous kind and neat. We use all ppe according to wa state code.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years experience in the trade. Also holding experience along with other certificate in other trades. (Plumbing electrical carpentry drywall ect.
