- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are based on piece, projected working hours to complete, as well as projected material costs to refinish. Clients of the option of different kinds of paints, stains, materials, or sealers which can adjust costs either way significantly. A 50% nonrefundable deposit of projected price is due up front. Remainder of actual cost is due upon delivery or pickup though no later than five days notice to the customer of finished piece. All deliveries are a $20 charge each way within 40 miles of me. If you need me to bring a second person to help load or unload that is an addition $5 each way.This charge is paid upfront or upon delivery. If you have anymore questions please let me know. Though this is not complicated in general it is complicated as far as not having diffinitive pricing for all items, it is overall on an individual basis, and a quote on wants/needs and piece will be given upon request.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask to see some of there work and check to make sure the inside is done just as well as the outside, also that it is clean.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I do want my customers to know that though I get to create and turn drab to fab, my work is not easy. Cleaning, stripping, painting, finding, hauling, cleaning more, displaying, fixing, tightening, measuring, replacing, rearranging, keeping up on the internet, and a constant work flow, this ix not easy, though I still LOVE what I do.
