Introduction: Over the past 13 years, I have tried hundreds of cases and have spoken at DUI seminars for Washington criminal defense attorneys. I am an active member of both the National College for DUI Defense (NCDD) and the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (WACDL). I serve on WACDL’s legislative committee, which monitors proposed state legislation and testifies before the Washington state house and senate committees.
