I have been a customer of ICS for 8+ years. I know if/when I have HVAC problems I can trust ICS to respond quickly and efficiently. I just had a service call to prepare for winter weather. John, the ICS service technician, was knowledgeable, experienced, friendly and thorough. He serviced 4 indoor units and 2 outdoor units in the almost-2-hour service call. He readily answered my questions and was respectful of my home and furnishings as he worked. He investigated a potential water leakage issue, took pictures and relayed information back to the ICS office for further determination. My HVAC system is in good working order for the coming winter. ICS is my first stop for home comfort!
