Mikhail helped me mount my TV above the fireplace using a pull-down MantelMount. He has done a wonderful job considering the complexity of the mount. Firstly, he was swift to respond and communicative. He arrived on time and was very efficient. Next, I chose him for his experience with the mount I purchased. Mikhail mounted two TVs for us with very different mounts and very different locations (one on a standard wall, another above a fireplace). With both he did an excellent job of consulting with us on the right position, attaching the mount to the studs, and then setting up the TVs. We were especially impressed by how he was able to create a new outlet right behind one tv and to hide cables behind the drywall. We highly recommend Mikhail, and personally intend to work with him again when we have the opportunity.
