Alexander is hands down one of the best contractors I’ve ever worked with. From start to finish, he was respectful, punctual, and incredibly professional. It has been a pleasure to work with Oleksandr and his crew from Branc Inc. They did an excellent job with replacing the staircase to our deck and replacing the fence. It’s has been positive experience from the start. Oleksandr promptly replied to my post on thumbtack and showed on time for the visit. That was followed by detailed estimates for multiple projects in the way I wanted. The estimates were very reasonable. Oleksandr was very responsive on text to any questions. I had a clear understanding of cost and time line of the project before it started. They showed up when they said they and finished ahead of time. I didn’t have to worry about them at all. I also like that Oleksandr, the person doing the work, is also the owner of Branc inc- unlike some other companies on thumbtack that largely subcontract. Based on this experience I have hired them to repair my garage next.
