We provide transparent, upfront pricing based on the scope of work, materials, and job conditions. Free estimates are available, and there are no hidden fees. Discounts may be offered for larger projects or repeat customers. Any additional work outside the original scope is always discussed and approved before proceeding
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a consultation to understand the customer’s needs and flooring goals. Next, we schedule a free on-site estimate to take measurements and review material options. Once the quote is approved, we schedule the installation at a convenient time. On installation day, we prepare the space, complete the work efficiently, and finish with a walkthrough to ensure full customer satisfaction
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands-on professional experience in flooring installation, including vinyl plank, laminate, hardwood, and tile. Our training comes from years of on-the-job experience, manufacturer installation guidelines, and industry best practices to ensure high-quality, durable results.
