FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For Remote Online Notarization (RON) in Washington State, the state-regulated fee is $25 per notarized signature. In addition, I charge a $15 administrative fee to cover digital platform access, document handling, and secure session setup. So the total for your first notarized signature is $40. Each additional notarial act during the same session is $15.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you book, I’ll send you an email with a short checklist to prepare for your session. You’ll email your completed (but unsigned) document to me, and I’ll upload it to the secure platform. Then I’ll send you a private link to join the notarization session at your scheduled time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned notary public in Washington State and fully authorized to perform Remote Online Notarizations (RON). I’ve completed RON-specific training and stay up to date with state compliance requirements and continuing education through my platform provider.
