Total Tech Care specializes in custom-building computers to fit the specific needs of any person, business, or other organization. The highest quality computer components are used to ensure reliability and durability, with most parts coming standard with at least a 1-3 year factory manufacturers warranty; some components even come with a standard lifetime warranty!
If a component fails under warranty, warranty/RMA service is free so you have less to worry about. Extended warranties and warranties on unwarranted parts (usually peripherals such as keyboards, mice, speaker systems, and things of that nature) are available for a small extra fee if desired that is usually between $7 and $25 depending on the value of the part. A special and unique PC can be built specifically for you to fit your lifestyle, budget, and needs!
Services offered by Total Tech Care also include consultation, basic data recovery, data backup, parts sales/installation, professional secure flash memory/hard drive wiping, program tutoring, and home and small business networking consultation and installation (wired and wireless).

Labor:
Standard House Call (Diagnosis + Transportation): $15
If a technician is told what the problem is beforehand, the diagnosis fee ($10) is waived. Transportation base rate is $5 for in-town loacality in Wenatchee and East Wenatchee; past boundaries set by Total Tech care, transportation is $0.50 (Fifty Cents) per mile. Call or e-mail for details.
Labor per Hour: $35 with rates decreasing per hour as the quantity increases. Total Tech Care measures hourly labor in the time actual work is done, not the time it takes to scan a hard drive for viruses or bad sectors, for example.
Minimum Labor charge is a half hour: $20
Labor Hourly Sliding Scale: Hours 1 - 4: $35/hr; Hours 5&6: $22.50/hr; Hours 7&8: $17.50/hr; 9th and greater hours in a single day: $40/hr
*Important Note*: It is very rare for an average house call to run more than 1.5 - 2 chargeable hours.

Flat-Fee Services:
Hardware installation (Desktop Computers): Depending on the type of hardware component, $5 - $20. If the part was purchased from Total Tech Care, the installation fee is waived completely if it is equal to $5 or halved if greater than $5.
Hardware Installation (Laptop/Notebook/Netbook Computers): $2.50 - $20 Depending on type of hardware component.
Case Migration: Transfer all components from an old case to a new one (numerous advantages such as better air flow, more drive bays, etc). $30
New Build: Included in the price of all new custom computers built by Total Tech Care. $95. If a version (distribution) of Linux is chosen as the Operating System, a $30 discount is granted.
Operating System Reinstall: $55 (includes backup of existing user files)
System Optimization/Tune-Up: Includes adjusting system settings to make the computer more efficient. $25
