- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
DrTech offers 20% discount for new welcomed customers, and a 10% for Seniors. we also offer an onsite free diagnostic, beside our policy which state that if we fail to fix it then it is free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Collect as much as possible, up to the knowledge of the customer, information about the tech gears i.e. brand, model, years in service; also, collect information about the problem(s), when, where, how they started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a CompTIA certified Professional which recognizes me as a proven problem solvers who is able to perform critical IT support tasks including, but limited to, device configuration, data backup and recovery, and operating systems configuration. CompTIA A+ certified professionals have demonstrated baseline security skills for IT support roles and are able to detect and remove malware, address privacy concerns, and troubleshoot core service challenges.
