Wow! She did fantastic! My senior dog is a handful and requires breaks to lay down she was so accommodating! Truly professional, punctual, and extremely responsive! I must have asked her all of the questions, and she did not complain! If you want the best, she is the real deal! My dog smells amazing, looks amazing, and he’s jumping around like a puppy again! Highly recommend!

This was the first time we used Pawsitively Clean for our pups spa day and the team was on-time, professional, and did an outstanding job with my pups. My Dane/Pit mix loved the team and found comfort quickly. She is normally shy with new people and doesn't like her nails done. But the team reported she was an angel and had no issues of shyness and loved every minute of the pamper session. I have never found a groomer that can handle my massive 170lb ball of fluff for a Malamute. His size alone has made most groomers nervous plus his unwillingness to get into a tub voluntarily has been a challenge even for the most experienced groomers. With these factors he rarely comes out of the session completely clean. The team at Pawsitively Clean welcomed him with open arms and did a wonderful job with working with his stubbornness and size. Their confidences resulted in nothing but pure beauty. He came out of the truck happy, completely clean and bouncing. They even sang with him when he talked to the driers. After their spa day we even received these adorable pictures. My advice the team is worth the investment for your loved ones. Get those babies on their schedule and do not look back.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not provide discounts at this time. Services are charged based on an hourly rate, ultimately depending on size, breed, coat condition, last groom date, frequency of grooms requested, and behavior/time. We have a minimum appointment fee of $135!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We gather your information we require to set up a profile, send an estimated rate and time amount, and set you up for a first appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Your groomer through us is a certified groomer who was taught under a master competitive groomer. She is also CPR & first aid certified, a Certified Feline Master Groomer, Certified to treat the skin, Fear Free Certified, and keeps up with modernized continued educational classes at least twice a year.
