I received a letter in the mail from PSE stating that my new home did not have an emergency shut off valve and required immediate attention. I got a few quotes and decided to go with Elevated HVAC after receiving a fair price. Vince showed up for the appointment and after taking a look at my furnace found that I in fact have an emergency shut off valve! He could’ve left after that or worse lied and charged me anyways but Vince went the extra mile to turn on my heater to make sure it was working explaining how it all works and took the time to check my water heater to make sure the letter wasn’t referring to that. I really appreciated the extra mile Vince went and when I eventually need my furnace serviced I will absolutely call Elevated HVAC.

We believe in fair, upfront pricing with no inflated prices or gimmicky discounts. Our rates reflect the experience, training, and professional diagnostic equipment required to diagnose systems accurately and solve problems correctly the first time. An accurate diagnosis is the most valuable service we provide—and often the difference between an unnecessary replacement and a quality repair.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With an estimate appointment, its important that we listen and understand all of your goals.
From there, everything is data based. From the exact size of equipment, duct work requirements etc.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A two heat pump system. One heat pump with four zones, and the second heat pump with 2 zones. We enjoyed the fact that our home owner wanted to be hands on, ensuring everything was to his liking. This resulted in a very happy homeowner at the end of the project, who got to share in our passion for HVAC.
