I am beyond happy with the service I received from JRS Electric! For over a year, I've been plagued by an electrical issue that no one else could pinpoint, leaving me frustrated and without a solution, or with fixes that didn't resolve the issue. However, that all changed when two of your gentlemen came to my home. They were available in a short amoint of time compaired to other places and were very responsive to my messages. Their expertise and dedication were immediately apparent as they meticulously investigated the problem, quickly diagnosing what had been a complete mystery. I'm incredibly grateful for their professionalism and the peace of mind they've provided.I cannot recommend this company highly enough. The two technicians who visited were not only skilled in their trade but also courteous and genuinely committed to resolving my long-standing electrical issue. Their ability to crack a year-long mystery in such a short amount of time speaks volumes about the quality of their work and expertise. Zack and Sean were fantastic! Needed new breakers for the panel, gave them a call. Came out the same day for an estimate. Great price! And it was done even sooner than originally quoted! Great work! Looking forward to hiring them again in the future!
