He evaluated the space thoroughly, finding gaps no one else found, explained what needed to be done and what did not. No upsell.
For the rodents, after the first cleanup and exclusion work, he set the traps first to make sure nothing was still in there before the vapor barrier went down.
Overall very thorough work, and true professionals. Highly recommended!

Santiago was incredibly kind, professional, and thorough. While inspecting the area, he even discovered that our bathroom air vent was completely detached—something we had no idea about. They returned the very next day and fixed it perfectly. Price is also very reasonable!
We’ve hired many different handyman and home service companies in the past, but Santana's Insulation is by far our favorite. Reliable, honest, and fast work. Highly, highly recommend!

I had an outstanding experience with Santana Insulation. The technician was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He performed a very thorough attic inspection, explained every issue in detail, and took the time to answer all of my questions without rushing. I truly appreciated his honesty and transparency throughout the entire process. It was clear that he cared about helping me understand the condition of my attic rather than trying to sell unnecessary services. I highly recommend Santana Insulation to anyone looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and professional company. Thank you for the excellent service!
