Santanas Insulation LLC, specifically Elio and Santiago, provided excellent service for our raccoon exclusion and attic remediation at White Center. They were highly responsive, arriving within a day of contact. Their inspection was thorough and professional—they identified issues others had missed, wore proper protective gear, and provided a fair, itemized estimate with clear service tiers. After we selected them, they completed the work in three to four hours, including sealing roof openings, installing exterior mesh, and sanitizing the attic. Their before-and-after documentation was detailed. While we handled animal eviction separately, their attic and insulation work was excellent and professional throughout.

I highly recommend Santanas due to my experience with them on pest control and insulation . They communicated well from the beginning and arrived on time. Work quality together with materials used (compared to old materials used by builder) are higher quality and will seem to last longer this time. They informed me of what they saw and gave me options of fixes and corresponding prices. They also took pictures of before and after to prove work completion. I have confidence that the problem I called them for were fixed and were done well.
