- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our company focuses on providing fair pricing for quality work. We cannot guarantee our customers that we will be the lowest price but we do guarantee 100% satisfaction. We also price match our competition. We also appreciate our troops by providing our customers with military discounts and veteran discounts to thank them for their service to our country. We are also providing our elders with affordable options by providing senior discounts and AARP discounts. Contact us to hear more about our discount options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our new customer process starts by scheduling a tour of the property or project with our prospective clients to hear any questions or concerns they might have about what type of products and procedures we use. We take pictures of the initial project and provide them with all our licenses, reviews, and insurance information. Usually, we give them a price in person based on the tour and services they are looking to hire.

Our traning has been years in the industry. We have learned and educated ourself by experienced and our love for the industry.
