I did work with Brooke James for my daughter Passport renewal. From start to end, she has been so professional & responsive. She accommodated our late evening appointment on same day - supported some last minute adjustments from our end. She came right on time. She patiently supported the notarization of docs - especially we were dealing with the many docs & state of confusion. She volunteered to follow-up on handling any follow-ups if observed later. I really like her work ethic and support.

Brooke was fantastic and easy to work with. She came out to a rehab facility on a Sunday over Memorial Day weekend and brought two witnesses with her. She is a rock star!

Brooke was terrific! Fast to arrive (it was urgent), kind and professional in a hospital setting. And it was quite late at night. I highly recommend her. Thanks, Brooke!
