Anna has been a rock star virtual assistant for our businesses! She has been instrumental in helping us shore up weak areas and really filled a need that we were severely lacking. Anna help us recover or what we call "root out" tens of thousands of dollars from clients that were not paying invoices for services rendered. She also helped us start a new business with all the marketing, systems/processes, etc... - she is very detailed and kept us informed with feedback. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge based on the services needed and the length of time you think you may need me. My pricing varies based on project and customer needs. My starting rate is $45 an hour for Virtual Assistance. The bookkeeping rate is a monthly rate based on customer needs and budget!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will set up a phone conversation to get more details on what your needs are and we will discuss how to move forward if we are a good match.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am working on a business degree at the moment. I have taken classes in business management, marketing, Microsoft products, and writing.
