I see them as a responsible and genuine group of people who focus on helping and give all thoughts on how to reduce the overall repair cost and perform what is needed at the same time provide detailed thoughts and conducts a thorough investigation and prepare a report that one can entirely trust on. The Affordable Restoration team took on a very stressful mold situation for us and put us at ease with their professionalism, work ethic and integrity. They took every safety precaution to keep our family safe by setting up a complete chamber around the attic hatch, running fans for days after they were done for negative airflow, etc. Their communication was excellent and we received DAILY photos on the updated progress. They were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend!

Had a pipe freeze over and flood a whole storage area. Affordable Restoration replied and was out within the day! They did an excellent job fixing things up and getting it ready for remodel. There was inches of water on the floor and Colby was quick to clean it up and get everything dried out. Great pricing too. A company I trust for the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We bill time and material. We assist customers in their insurance claims by providing 2 reports per week to the insurance and our client with the details of the scope of work being done and interims of charges to date, and we answer any questions the insurance has throughout the process.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our technicians are trained and IICRC certified. When our technicians arrive on site, they will perform a full inspection, answer any questions you may have, and walk you through our process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
AHERA Certified, Lead Safety Certified. IICRC Certifications In Water Damage Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, Fire & Smoke Remediation, Applied Structural Drying.
