What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm a woman, I am particular, I see everything, I don't cut corners, I don't B.S., I show up and do quality work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, a home appointment to take measurements and pictures, and to discuss what the customer wants. I also let the customer know our process and that I will be overseeing it from beginning to end.
Then I type up the estimate and email it to the customer. When they approve and send the deposit, we schedule the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
12 years working and learning from different contractors in the field, then 16 years managing several construction and painting companies. Owned 2 painting companies, one in California and one here. Became a General Manager in 2022
