- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing: 30 min. visit- $35 60 min. visit- $45 2x Day 30 min. - $70 ($35 each visit) 2x Day 60 min.- $90 ($45 each visit) Overnights- $100/day Boarding- $50/day Fees: CANCELLATION FEES: If you need to cancel your booking or change your itinerary less than 7 days before your trip, a 50% fee will be charged for any cancelled visits that were previously scheduled. Meds- $2/visit *I can administer most medications to reasonably cooperative cats, but I will not force an aggressive cat to take meds. I do not give injections or subcutaneous fluids*
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consult: First I will come meet you and your cats for a free consultation. I'll learn their routines, where all the essential items for their care are located in the home, and have the kitties smell and interact with me (if they want). I'll usually take notes on my phone for later reference, and answer any questions you have. At this time I will often take keys or the code to the home. Key Pick-up: Sometimes its easier for the keys or door code to be provided during the consult, or I can return for the keys another time (also free of charge). Boarding: If you have chosen to board at my home, I'd be happy to give a tour before your trip. When the time comes, bring your cat(s) in their carriers along with enough food (and meds if needed) for the duration of the stay. A shirt, towel or blanket from home that has your scent is comforting to the cat, as well as any favorite toys.

I have spent my entire life around cats, and I have worked for other pet sitting companies as well as a cat boarding house over the years.
