Vladimir was professional and courteous. He finished the project on time and met my expectations for the project. My project was laying a concrete floor and cinder block half wall in the crawlspace (that has a 8 + foot clearance) to provide storage space under the house. All the materials needed to be packed down the to the location. Two long days and the project was done.
