BUSINESS PLAN One of the first questions one should ask is am I writing a business plan or strategic plan. The difference between the two is the focus and target audience. A Business Plans focus and outcome is based upon acquiring capital or investment. If you are trying to gain market share and a larger presence in the market that is a Strategic Plan. To help facilitate my clients in gaining clarity your first task is to Answer these questions: • Why am I preparing this plan? • Who else will be reading it? • Why will they be reading it? • What do they need to know? • What does success look like? MOTIVATIONAL TALK Looking for something different? A unique motivational speech is to get you inspired and reaching for your dreams. A few questions I would suggest asking are:. • Is it something I have not heard or thought about? • Is it insightful? • Does it create ah-ha moments? • Is it an exciting topic? I come from the world of professional sports. I can share a window into their world that most of us never see. Success through the eyes of elite athletes and their journey.
