Kim Hester and her team were completely professional and gave top notch service! I had Fanfare Events cater my wedding... For a day that was stressful to plan, she made it easy! We also had a venue that was less than vendor friendly but Kim didn't sweat... She went above and beyond to problem solve and give us our dream dinner! My guests couldn't stop raving about it! Thanks Kim! If you want awesome catering and impeccable service, hire Fanfare Events!!!!!!

Fanfare Events did an amazing job catering and orchestrating our wedding reception. Kim was willing to meet and exceed all of our requests and made our day as stress-free as possible. Guests have mentioned how good the food was, even months after the wedding! My husband and I feel so lucky that we were able to work with Fanfare Events.

She was on time and very nice! She was more than happy to accommodate our dietary needs. We had a little disconnect around that fruit which was probably my bad--I should have specified that it needed to be a fruit tray (sliced fruit) rather than whole. I would absolutely use their services again

I spoke with Kim most of the time, and she was amazing. She really helped make our event so much easier. I loved her energy and enthusiasm. Kim catered a luncheon for 1,000 people. She answered my millions of little questions promptly, kept us in budget, was very accommodating and provided great food. She even delivered food to some people who could not make it to the event. She even met us at our location to discuss set up, and how we could make lines move faster. I couldn't be happier with this company.

The food was fantastic. Kim and her staff were extremely professional, on time, very attentive and welcoming. They catered our event, but ended up being part of our team bonding! They were such great sports! We would highly recommend Fanfare for any event.
