My consultation was wonderful, despite the topic discussed. I had a fussy baby, but the lawyers were patient and helped keep me focused. I will be hiring them when I need to move further along in my process.
Kevin Trombold is a super smart, savvy and trustworthy person, and someone who truly cares about his clients. His years of experience within the public defender's office provided him insight into how the complex world of criminal law really works on a day to day basis. Talking to him makes you realize that Kevin hates injustice, he is driven by that and it's part of what makes him such a great lawyer. When we first met, I had a ton of questions and was very distressed. Kevin patiently answered all my questions, laid out the law in my case and gave me an honest take on my likely outcome. His calm demeanor and frequent conversations helped me understand what was happening with my case every step of the process. Although the odds were against it, he successfully negotiated my original charge down to a lesser misdemeanor, for which I will be forever grateful. In addition to being a talented lawyer, Kevin is a genuinely nice and likeable guy. The clerks like him, the judges respect him and everywhere you go within the courthouse, he knows almost every person by name -- even some of the guards. If you've ever watched a legal show, you know it really helps to have someone who people like in your corner. Since my case, I have contacted him on other legal issues, including getting a reference and legal insight for my brother-in-law when he had a run-in with the law. As always, Kevin was patient, super helpful and offered great advice. Choosing a lawyer is a big decision. I definitely recommend Kevin Trombold. He's someone you can trust and will get the best results possible in your case.
I was charged with causing serious harm to my own child (not even two years old). My child was injured, but it was a complete accident. The "forensics" performed by the state somehow made them to belive it was on purpose. I was referred to Court from a friend who had a DUI and gave him a call. He immediately made me at ease from our first conversation. We hired our own expert who was way better than the states expert. We thought the report from our expert should have been enough to get the case dismissed but we had to go through a 8 day trial where Court did an amazing job. The jury came back with "not guilty" in less than 1 hour! Now I have no criminal record and kept my family together.
DID A GREAT JOB DEFENDING MY DUI CASE. I was really in a bad situation with my DUI but thanks to Jahnis Abelite's diligent and persistent efforts my case was resolved as a lesser charge where I didn't lose my license, need to have SR-22 insurance or have to install an ignition interlock in my car. He was very thorough and paid close attention to every legal detail of my case so that I ended up with the best possible result and without having to go to trial! I would definitely use his legal services to defend any other traffic ticket or case I might have in the future.
Shane was very prompt in his response and seemed to be a very genuine attorney. Unfortunately, I had already hired another Attorney so I am not able to use Shane's services at this time.
It turns out that even though I live in Seattle, because my case is in Spokane, I need to hire a lawyer in that area. Despite this, Christine answered all of my questions even though she knew that I wasn't going to be able to hire her. She also gave me advice on how to find a good attorney in Spokane. At the end of our call I felt much better about my regretful DUI ticket.
Brian Duce came highly recommended andhelped me through a very stressful time. He knows the court system and can walk you through the process. He is a great lawyer and if you should ever need one, choose Brian. You will be happy you did. Thank you Brian
