I live remote and my mom lives in a condo in Oak Harbor. I hired Luciano to fix and repair a few things. Most were way less than his talent. We had a couple of false starts but he stayed in touch.

I finally got his scheduled to come out and fix a hole in a wall, a bath fan and a plumbing issue in the kitchen. He also inspected a attic crawl space.

He is super honest about costs and repairs and didn’t want to charge me the full amount we agreed to. I still paid him based on this alone.

He is reliable, communicative and honest. All I can say is I respect all those traits have high integrity factors.

If you have a job in Whidbey or to my Vernon possible farther I would reach out and hire Luciano in a. Heart beat.

Luciano did an excellent job tackling a tough project. There was a slight delay in starting the project. Luciano communicated daily the status. The quality of the work was good. He identified issues outside of the scope of work and communicated the problem and what needed to be done to fix it. The work performed was on an older, unlevel house so no surprise additional work needed to be performed. Luciano aims to please his clients. A pleasure to work with.
