We really appreciated the service we got from this company. Everyone in the team had a level of knowledge, professionalism, and hard work that exceeded expectations. Matt came and gave us our estimate for getting a new heat pump and air conditioning installed, he was able to explain in a common sense approach that we really appreciated. Then the day of the installation Michael and Jordan showed up, they were quick in getting the installation done in half of a day and professional the entire time they were here. After that Everett came and finished the electrical aspect, and answered all of my questions about their service program. I would recommend this team to anyone looking to update their home. The crew from Alpine showed up in fine spirits to install 3 mini splits in our old home.From the first walk-thru until the final remote training, each interaction was kind, personal and professional.I felt they cared about us and our home. Upgrading from a single wall heater to AC and heat in areas where our home had never been any, was a big change.I am a gardener. They asked me about the exterior placement of the main unit. I was able to move a sensitive plant, which was a small but big thing to me!I was surprised when the owner, Cory, arrived with a trainee. He said they work to install like it was their own home. I could see that was true when they ran cables thru the crawl space, and made the wire wall covers shape nicely on the exterior.We certainly recommend Jordan, Josh, Justin, Everett and the rest of the crew that supported our install!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer transparent pricing with no hidden fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
ELECTRICAL: We come to your home and conduct an electrical evaluation. If anything seems unsafe we bring it to your attention. If something needs further diagnosis, we get your permission first, conduct the diagnosis, then present your options. If the work can be done the same day, we will get it done right!
HVAC: First, we schedule an in-home free consultation, which is necessary in order to properly size a system. We help the customer decide what will be the right system for their needs and don't offer a 'one-size-fits-all' system. After the consultation is complete, we prepare our quote with up to three options and explain our pricing. Once the quote is accepted and a down payment is collected, we buy permits and schedule your installation. We show up on-time, clean up after ourselves and help you to understand how your system works.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our electricians are Journeyman certified. Our HVAC crew is EPA certified and attend manufacturer-sponsored trainings.
