- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer our safety club members special pricing and have seasonal specials just for them. Ask us how you can become a member. We background check, drug test, license, and train individuals to do your work. We spend time training them to be responsive and good listeners so that we can meet your needs in the best way possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We send our crew out to look over your project or troubleshoot. They take the time to talk with you about what is going on and what it is going to take to fix it or to install it. We do an 11 point electrical safety inspection. Once you approve the up front price we get to work and get it done with our 100% satisfaction guarantee, and our 3 year warranty.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have safety meetings, training meetings, and code required classes that all our employees attend. Our trainee's take extra classes on code and electrical so they can become the best journeyman we can make them. Our journeyman take code update classes, industry related classes, and personal development classes so we can be as up to date and as responsive as possible. Our trainees get their 4000 hours of on the job training under varying journeyman so they can be as well rounded as possible and be able to make the impossible possible for you.
