I got three bids for a very large multi-area mulch project for a neighborhood HOA. Frank came and walked the entire neighborhood with us and gave us a fair bid. I’m the end, he did not get the project but he maintained professionalism and was understanding. I will keep Frank in mind for future projects, personal and HOA. He is funny, kind, and friendly. Appreciated his time!
