- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
NOTARIZATIONS: The travel fee for Olympia, Lacey, and Tumwater is $65; Travel fees go up out of this area. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask a series of questions to ensure everything is prepared for the appointment. Once I'm at the appointment, I check identification, willingness to sign and awareness of what is being signed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in psychology and 15 years of work in the social services. I also used to own a junk removal company, and spent years building relationships with customers. For my current business, I completed training from the National Notary Association.
