Another plumbing company got their jetter stuck in our side sewer. I contact James for help and he came out and tried helping us pull the jetter out and get it unstuck. Unfortunately, our twisting and pulling was unsuccessful, but he didn't charge us a thing. He's an honest plumber who cares and I would definitely use him for your next project.

James is amazing! Gave me lots of options for replacing my toilet. I went with the one he recommended and am beyond pleased with the end result. In fact, I will be hiring him again soon to replace my upstairs toilets. James is professional - he arrived on time and completed the installation efficiently. He also has the capability to accept credit cards. Highly recommend!!!

nothing is standard about the work I do I give free estimates for any jobs at all.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first I like to show up and see what I'm working with so I would have to get their address phone number and name and what time I can come out I give free estimates so there's no charge.

on the job training in the field for 13 years with other company's.
