FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a flat rate because every project is different. We like to provide you with a free estimate that breaks down your project line item by line item and explains every detail of your project. This allows us to give you a comprehensive budget without any hidden fees. If a contractor gives you a flat rate or lump sum bid it leaves open the possibly of overages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we come out to your home or business we like to go over every aspect of your project with you being as upfront about everything as possible. We like to explain as much of the process as possible and forewarn of any potential problems or possible overages so that there are no surprises. The last thing we want is to be in the middle of your project and say well this is going to cost your more money. If there is the potential for additional cost we will go over these issues with you the beginning before the project starts so that you are fully aware of what to expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have personally been in the construction industry for 25 years. I started framing portable class rooms in high school then went into framing homes after high school. Eventually working in just about every trade. I worked as superintendent for large home builder building over 300 homes and then moved on to project management in the custom home world building another 300 homes. In 2008 I branched out on my own and built a small construction company with over 8 years of successful projects of all shapes and sizes and take pride in 100% happy clients with zero negative reviews.
