- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I found my passion for computers after I built my first one for myself. I built it (at the time) for about $600 and it lasted me for 6 years before the motherboard went out. After that I was constantly being asked to look at this computer for a friend or this family member and it just grew from there.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common jobs would be doing what I can to make the clients computer faster just by cleaning it up. Also, adding some virus protection and Malware protection comes in at a very close second.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Up until early this year I had not had the opportunity to work with a liquid cooled computer. I know you may think, "liquid cooled and electronics don't really mix". In most cases I would agree. But, earlier this year my neighbor's wife wanted a custom built computer with a liquid cooled processor. I got with her, found out what she wanted in it and ordered the parts. After 6 hours of putting the parts together it was time to turn it on, and to my satisfaction everything worked out exactly the way it was supposed to. My neighbor's wife couldn't be happier with it.
