- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my pricing simple and straightforward. That way, it is easy for both me as the photographer and the customer to understand what they are getting for what price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I first talk to a new customer, I like to have a detailed conversation where each of us can ask questions and find out exactly what the other person needs to know. Only then can we have a solid foundation and realistic expectations going forward. We then set the time and date for the session and let the magic begin. My approach is collaborative where the customer sees what I'm shooting as it happens so we can make quick decisions to make sure that I'm producing what they want.

Absolutely. I dedicate time and money annually to keep up on the latest trends and photographic techniques to ensure that my customers are getting high-quality results.
