Computerdotfix is lways available, always reasonable in price, and very fast service. They come to your home, business, or I can drop things off to their office. I have been using Computerdotfix for 7 years now and would use no other for my business and personal needs. They have fixed everything from a printer that was not working, they set up our networks, repaired many laptops that just stopped working, and helped get the information off of my PC that gave up the ghost...Data retrieval was very important for this one particular job and it was completely successful. I also was locked out of my computer because I forgot the password and they were able to get me back in. Great Job! Virus removal has also been outstanding! I can not give them more then 5 stars, but I surely would if I could. They are the best price in the Port Townsend area and they are very honest! I highly appreciate the work that ComputerdotFix did to restore my valuable data from my Windows Vista after the crash that I had. I thought that I lost all work but, lucky me, one good friend told me about Malick and his Computerdoxfix company and I called and he was on it that very day. In the end, I paid almost 1/2 of what others quoted me and in record time. I brought my computer in to his office and the work was done and the next day I had my computer back. Thank you for all your good work, Malick. It is refreshing to find a person that one can trust with such things, and someone that demonstrates an honest charge for their work! Malick has worked for my husband and me for many years. He is very knowledgeable and always finds a solution to our problems. We have never had to wait more than a day to get our computers back. One can see that Malick cares about the people he serves and is always so kind and easy to work with. He often shows us how to solve problems on our own and has been very helpful in educating us in the use of our computers.
Malick sincerely cares about the people he works for and is always kind and respectful. We recommend him highly without reservation. I feel fortunate to have such excellent service wheneverwe need it.

Malick of Computerdotfix went to bat for me with a computer antivirus provider who was trying to rip me off. He contacted them directly and explained to them that they were trying to cheat me and he got them to return my money.
On another occasion he contacted my internet service provider and got them to provide the speed that they advertised (and that I was paying for but not getting) and he got them to provide the service that I had paid for. He knows how to get results and I value his knowledge and service greatly.
