FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Monthly bookkeeping is typically offered at a fixed monthly rate based on the size and complexity of your business. Bookkeeping cleanup or catch-up work is quoted after reviewing the condition of your books and the amount of work required. Tax preparation, payroll, and advisory services are priced based on the scope of the engagement. Before any work begins, you'll receive a clear proposal outlining the services included and the associated fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Process 1. Complimentary Consultation We begin with a free consultation to learn about your business, understand your goals, and discuss the challenges you're facing. This allows us to determine whether we're the right fit and recommend the services that will provide the most value. 2. Proposal & Engagement If we decide to move forward together, we'll provide a clear proposal outlining the scope of services, pricing, and expectations. Once the engagement letter is signed, we'll officially begin our partnership. 3. Onboarding & Information Gathering Next, we schedule an onboarding meeting to walk through your current processes, gather the necessary documents, and obtain secure access to your accounting software, banking, payroll, and other systems. We also establish communication preferences and key deadlines. 4. We Get to Work Our team begins organizing your financial records, completing any necessary cleanup, and implementing the agreed-upon services. Throughout the engagement, you'll receive timely communication, accurate financial reporting, and proactive guidance to help your business succeed. 5. Ongoing Support & Advisory Our relationship doesn't end once your books are complete. We provide year-round support, monitor your financial performance, answer questions as they arise, and help you make informed decisions through proactive tax planning and business advisory services.
