Had a wonderful experience with Alvin! He got back to me within minutes and was able to come out to look at my issue the very next day. He was our second opinion, and we’re so glad we reached out to him. Alvin was extremely knowledgeable about our electric toilet and was able to fix the hose without having to remove the toilet completely. Without his expertise, this repair would have cost close to a thousand dollars. I highly recommend Alvin and will absolutely keep him in my address book for any future plumbing needs.

I found Evergreen Underground through Thumbtack and chose to get a bid from them because they don’t charge a travel or estimate fee which is a big consumer rip off in my opinion. We messaged, and their bid was the best. I spoke with Alvin who was communicative, prompt to respond and easy to set a time and date for the work. He arrived right on time after letting me know he was on the way and in an hour installed my new ADA compliant toilet. He even took the old toilet and all the packing and box from the new toilet with him. He left my powder room neat and tidy. I highly recommend Evergreen Underground for any plumbing or water work you might need. They definitely deserve 5 stars!

Get an overview of the job. Schedule an estimate with the customer. After estimate is sent out and accepted we then schedule the best time and day for the work to be performed.
