- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I strive to be within your budget range! I never want to be over your family’s budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I come by to take a look at the big picture, to fully understand what task the customer is envisioning to be completed, and go from there. If the project is something I can dedicate myself wholesomely to and complete, I let them know and set up a time and date to perform it in the near future, if not right then.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Within the last 5 years I worked alongside an incredible licensed electrician who passed on all his insight to me. I also took continuing education courses for National Electric Code annually. I rigorously studied all the electrical textbooks and passed all exams with flying colors.
