About
We are a woman majority owned, local, Puyallup family business. We started our company out of the back of a beat up Hyundai Elantra back in 2015, and have grown to service the South Puget Sound over the past 10 years. Our dedication to quality work and customer service makes us a small but mighty company. Dedicated Electrical Services is licensed, bonded, and insured We follow all NEC and local electrical regulations, pulling permits when required and ensuring we pass inspections the first time. We can tackle a variety of projects from tripping breakers and malfunctioning outlets to panel upgrades and home remodels. We are a company that is committed to giving back to the communities we serve, not just by making homes safer, but also donating to organizations such as Nourish Pierce County and sponsoring local school programs. If you're looking for quality service and to feel valued as a customer, give us a call.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We price ourselves to be fair for the full service quality that we provide. We do offer a 3% Cash or Check discount.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When we work with a new customer, we try to get as much as detail as possible. We want to know what the problem is so we know how to help. Our estimator/foreman electrician will do an in-person walkthrough to thoroughly learn about your home electrical system. They'll take a look at the panel, go in your attic, and look in your crawlspace. From there we address the issues at hand, performing a thorough series of troubleshooting measures to get to the source of the problem. We'll then go over with you our findings and how we can fix it. Next we want to hear from our customer and answer any questions that you might have. We're even happy to help compare our suggestion vs. others.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Collectively as a company, our administrator and foreman electrician have over 19 years of journeyman experience. Electricians in WA state go through a rigorous apprenticeship for 2 years before being able to test to be a journeyman. From there, continuing education is required throughout the working life of any electrician. We are also certified Generac generator and Battery System installers.
