It was such a great experience. He took his time to check all options for solutions and explained all options. In the end, the solution was with the appliance and not the electrical. And, they didn’t charge for coming all of the way out to where we live. And ladies….he spoke to me directly, no mansplaining, no condescension! Just a great guy doing great work!
