Introduction: We do home inspections and "complete wood-destroying organism" inspections. It starts with trust! Our inspections are conducted to meet or exceed the "standards of practice" as set forth by the State of Washington Department of Licensing (home inspections) and the Washington State Department of Agriculture (wood-destroying organism inspections). Choose the best home inspector. Choose the inspectors realtors use for their own homes. Choose an experienced inspector, not the cheapest. Protecting the Future From a cottage to a mansion -- whatever your dream home is, we’ll inspect it for you. Our motto, "Protecting People, Families, and their Dreams!" is how we view our work. We strive to ensure that you (people), your children (families), and your investment (dream home) are on a solid foundation, safe from harm and protected for the future. We guarantee the quality of our work and fast results! In most instances, we will produce a computer-generated report (including color photographs) right on the spot. We will review your report with you to ensure you have an understanding of our findings and the condition of your home.

Better late then never on the review right ? We bought a home in 2006 and had this company give us the home inspection. They were recommended by our Realtor at the time. I asked them to wait on the inspection until I arrive at the house. Well when I got there, they were pretty much done with the inspection and went over the results with me. My first impressions were that they were not the nicest people you've ever met. I signed off on the inspection and they were on there way. About 2 weeks later I noticed 2 holes under the deck that were the size of a silver dollar and a quarter. I didn't think anything of it until I went to replace the siding were the holes were. To my surprise, the entire side of the house was eaten by bugs !!! I had to remove the deck, rip off all the siding and gut all the 2x6's and replace it with all new wood. The floor joices were also heavily damaged. I got a quote of 9-15 Thousand from some one. I did it my self and took 4 months. I was devastated by the damage. I can't figure out why this company didn't inspect the siding damage to see what was the cause. The holes were apparent under the deck. I signed off on the inspection so basically it relinquishes them from being sued. So take my advice and make sure you are there for the inspection and don't let them start without you !!
