Green Land was the first contractor I’ve worked with who communicated effectively and often. He showed up on time, did some troubleshooting of the sprinkler issue and then came back the next day to make the repairs. He arrived on time both days! Quality repairs and great customer service and communication. Will definitely use Green land again!

Was easy to get a hold of before they arrived, arrived promptly and with all the equipment needed. Was easily able to fix two of my issues easily and quickly by just fixing the sprinkler heads, the third was likely just a dead rain sensor I would need to replace but wasn't a massive worry for me.

Isaiah showed up and cleaned a mess left by a previous thumbtack handyman. I had hired the other handyman but after he was done he said I would have to pay extra for him to clean up. Greenland went above and beyond and made my yard beautiful, thank you so much for your help.

Isiah and his assistant showed up when promised, and went over a few areas of my yard work to be on the same page. Then he went to work and both of those men worked very hard to get the end result perfect. It was a nearly 8 hour job, and the yard now looks the way I have always wanted it to look. I told him that if we ever need more yard work, I would give him a call. You can feel confident that the work you want done will be right for you. He charged what I felt was a reasonable fee, given all the work that was done. I’m unable to submit the photos taken after the work was done, only before, in this review, which would not be a fair display of how good their work was.
