- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Quotes submitted are the cost ceiling (max. cost). If work is completed in a shorter period of time and/or materials can be saved, the benefits are passed on to the customer, as we charge only for actual time & materials used.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Site survey 2. Provide quote with estimated time & materials for the specific job 3. Contract agreement, all payments and payment schedule conducted through escrow payment service (no risk for customer/contractor), pull permits. 4. Execute job to specifications 5. Inspections completed and job approved. 6. 12 month warranty.
